We ship all orders within the USA via UPS. We normally ship your order within 48 hours and notify you of a tracking number via email whenever possible.

You should receive your order in 3 to 5 business days based on the information by UPS. Bowling Ramps is not responsible for shipments taking longer than stated. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us for additional rates.

After first discussing information regarding the return of our products, you may return Bowling Ramps products for exchange or full refund of cost of merchandise (not including shipping and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item cost) within 14 days from the date of shipment. Bowling Ramps products must not have been used or damaged in any way.
